Margarita Garate Turanzas has more than 25 years of experience in administrative proceedings before the Federal Court of Administrative Justice and in amparo lawsuits before Federal Courts. She also has solid knowledge of commercial arbitration and arbitration related to other sui generis topics, due to her involvement as an assistant to arbitral tribunals, or as counsel in proceedings before the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), and in ad hoc arbitrations.
