About Aimery de Schoutheete

Aimery de Schoutheete is a partner in the international arbitration and dispute resolution practice of Liedekerke and chairperson of Liedekerke Great Lakes, the firm’s subsidiary in Kigali, Rwanda, and Liedekerke DRC, the firm’s subsidiary established in Kinshasa, DRC. Aimery assists clients in complex and international litigation and arbitration proceedings, primarily in the areas of natural resources, mining, construction, distribution and corporate disputes. He is regularly appointed as an arbitrator in proceedings before the ICC, CEPANI, the Swiss Centre for International Arbitration and ICSID.
