Andrew Emery
is a prominent British Virgin Islands lawyer and co-founder of Emery Cooke. He is widely recognised for his expertise in commercial litigation, insolvency and complex cross-border disputes. Andrew frequently acts for insolvency practitioners, financial institutions and high-net-worth individuals in high-value cases involving fraud, asset tracing and shareholder conflicts. He has extensive advocacy experience before the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court, the Court of Appeal and the Privy Council. He was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 2004 and the Bar of the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court in 2013, and is a member of the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn.
