Filippo Ferri has had a practice focusing on the field of white-collar crime since becoming a lawyer. After almost ten years of practice in business crime, in 2017 he became a partner of Cagnola & Associati. He has provided legal assistance to individuals and multinational companies throughout Italy and has worked on prominent criminal cases in the white-collar crime area, as well as in cross-border investigations. He has extensive experience in corporate criminal law both in litigation and advisory activities. He has collaborated with the chair of criminal procedural law at the Catholic University in Milan. He also regularly participates, either as speaker or as chairman, in many Italian and international seminars and conferences focused on topics relevant to white-collar crime. He is a long-standing member of the International Bar Association (from 2016 to 2018 in the role of Publications Officer of the Business Crime Committee, from 2019 onwards in the role of Secretary of that committee). Since 2017, he has had the privilege to attend, as speaker, the Cambridge International Symposium on Economic Crime.
