About Barbara van der Ven

Barbara van der Ven has been a lawyer since 2015 and specialises in commercial litigation. She acts as counsel for large national and international companies in a variety of disputes (ranging from unlawful acts to contract law). Since 2015, Barbara has been involved in the Air Cargo and Trucks cartel damages actions in the Netherlands. Barbara has extensive experience in attachment proceedings and summary proceedings. Furthermore, she also regularly acts as counsel for clients in witness hearings. Barbara also gives witness familiarisation training.
