Malvinderjit Kaur Dhillon is a senior associate in the Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT) practice group at LAW Partnership. She advises multinational corporations on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate restructuring, including conducting complex due diligence and drafting high-value commercial agreements in the TMT space. Malvin has represented leading clients across sectors such as telecommunications, banking, automotive and pharmaceuticals. Notably, she assisted in Malaysia’s 5G roll-out project, data breach investigations for major telecoms companies, and provided data protection compliance training to global insurers, as well as data and artificial intelligence companies.
