Sara Amelia Muhamad Bernard is an associate in the Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT) practice group at LAW Partnership. She has supported local and international clients in high-value, complex transactions, focusing on corporate advisory, environmental, social and governance (ESG) matters, mergers and acquisitions, and joint ventures. Amelia’s notable work includes supporting advisory on the transboundary movement of used electrical and electronic equipment, as well as on unauthorised exfiltration of proprietary company data in Malaysia.
