Kelechi Ibe is a senior associate in UUBO’s tax, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate advisory teams. He routinely advises on transaction taxes, cross-border and local investments, sell and buy-side due diligence and advisory, corporate mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory compliance. He previously worked with the deal advisory, mergers and acquisition tax unit of KPMG in Nigeria. He is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN) and a student member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
