About Aboubacar Fall

Aboubacar Fall is a former member of the Paris Bar and a partner at the law firm AF Legal in Dakar. His areas of practice include natural resources law (including mining, oil and gas), public-private partnerships, private equity, mergers and acquisitions, maritime trade law and investment law. Dr Fall holds an LLM from the University of Washington, a PhD in International Business Law from the University of Haute-Normandie in Rouen, a Master’s in International Transport from the University of Paris-Sorbonne and a Master's in Private Law from the University of Paris-X-Nanterre. He also holds a certificate in petroleum management and policy from the PETRAD Institute in Stavanger, Norway.
