Kateřina Mikulová is an experienced lawyer who advises international clients on corporate restructuring, cross-border transactions and day-to-day corporate and commercial matters. She also focuses on information technology law and intellectual property law, including cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, cloud services and e-commerce, as well as trade marks, copyright and licensing. Her practice includes IT compliance, particularly in the areas of data protection and data security, as well as IP enforcement and transactional matters. Before joining FINREG PARTNERS, Kateřina spent 15 years at regional law firm Wolf Theiss.
