About Ondřej Mikula

Ondřej Mikula is an attorney-at-law and a partner at FINREG PARTNERS. He specialises in capital markets, banking and finance, and fintech, including blockchain and crypto-assets. Ondřej advises Czech and international clients on domestic and cross-border transactions, including bond issuances, hybrid financial instruments, financing transactions and M&A. He has extensive experience in the implementation of financial regulation, particularly MiFID II and the Mortgage Credit Directive (MCD), at Czech financial market participants. He is also involved in innovative fintech projects, including crowdfunding and other technology-driven financial services.
