About Crispine Odhiambo

Crispine Odhiambo is a senior partner at KO Associates LLP with over 17 years’ experience in the East African energy markets. His energy expertise includes project finance, PPA negotiations, energy projects under Public Private Partnerships (PPPs), renewable energy and M&A work. He has taken a leading role in advising on a number of headline projects, including the Nairobi Smart Street Lighting PPP Project, the Kenya National Electricity Smart Grid Project, the USD480 million Olkaria 140MW Geothermal Power Project, among others. Crispine is a member of the Law Society of Kenya, Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (Kenya) and International Commission of Jurists.
