About Abigail Namasaka

Abigail Namasaka is an associate in the projects (energy and infrastructure) practice at KO Associates LLP. Her experience entails providing professional and technical support in the structuring of energy projects, including drafting project agreements, undertaking legal due diligence, project approvals and licensing advisory and PPP structuring advisory. She has been involved various projects including the World Bank Study on fiscal costs and risks of electricity SOEs and PPPs in Kenya, the Kenya National Electricity Smart Grid and Modernization Project, Commercial & Industrial (C&I) Solar Power Generation Projects, among others. Abigail is a member of the Law Society of Kenya.
