About Stacy Waweru

Stacy Waweru is an associate in the projects (energy and infrastructure) practice at KO Associates LLP with experience in providing legal support to project developers and financiers throughout the project life cycle. Her experience includes drafting project agreements, project approvals and licensing, undertaking legal due diligence and advisory on project institutional and governance arrangements. Stacy has been involved in various projects including the Nairobi Smart Street Lighting PPP Project, the Nairobi Metropolitan Area Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) and business advisory support to clean energy enterprises under the USAID, Kenya Investment Mechanism. She is a member of the Law Society of Kenya.
