About Teresita Vial

Teresita Vial is a director at ACU Abogados. Teresita has extensive experience in energy regulation and project development. Previously, she served as Legal Manager for Solek, a Czech renewable energy company in Chile. She is recognised for her expertise in negotiating project contracts, securing permits, and supporting project finance. Teresita has also worked as in-house counsel and legal manager for companies in electricity generation projects. She teaches courses on “Electricity Markets and Regulation” at Universidad de Santiago, “Natural Resources and Sustainable Development”, and “Development of Natural Resources Projects” at Universidad de Chile, and the “Solar Academy” at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez.
