Guily is responsible for the environment and tourism department teams, concentrating her practice in urbanism, sustainable development, land planning, environmental law and regulatory matters related to investment projects in various economic sectors. Her experience includes advice on telecommunications, industrial property, tourism, environment and regulation, as well as obtaining licences and permits for the development and management of real estate and tourism projects. She graduated as a lawyer from Universidad Iberoamericana (UNIBE) and has a master's degree in sustainable urban and territorial development from the Global Institute of Higher Studies in Social Sciences (IGLOBAL – FUNGLODE), Dominican Republic. Guily won the Environmental Prize awarded by UNIBE for her participation in the Vertedero Duquesa case study, one of the largest open-air dumps in the Dominican Republic.
