About Konstantin Vassilev

Konstantin Vassilev is the founder and managing partner of Vassilev & Partners Law Firm. His practice focuses on corporate governance, corporate and financial advisory, restructuring and insolvency, foreign investment, transactions and commercial litigation. He advises Bulgarian and international clients on market entry, shareholder and management issues, and legal and commercial risk management. Before founding the firm, he worked with a leading Bulgarian commercial bank and the corporate teams of Clifford Chance and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in Germany. He is a member and disciplinary judge of the Sofia Bar Association and has passed the Bulgarian insolvency administrator exam.
