About Kiril Kirkov

Kiril Kirkov is counsel at Vassilev & Partners Law Firm. His practice covers corporate and commercial matters, contracts, transactions, negotiations, real estate and construction, insolvency, enforcement proceedings and dispute resolution. He advises clients on day-to-day legal issues and participates in complex transactions, negotiations and court proceedings, including matters involving multiple parties, substantial financial interests or an international element. Before joining the firm, he gained practical experience in the office of a private enforcement agent, working on enforcement proceedings, debt collection and creditor protection. He is a member of the Sofia Bar Association.
