About Lincoln Tsang

Lincoln Tsang is a partner at Ropes & Gray LLP and heads the firm’s European life sciences practice. A former senior regulator, Lincoln concentrates his practice on UK, EU and cross-border regulatory compliance and enforcement, including litigation, internal investigations and public policy matters affecting the life sciences industry. Lincoln advises clients on R&D strategies, product life cycle management, product acquisition, and risk and crisis management. He also regularly represents clients before various regulatory bodies in a wide range of matters concerning medicines and medical devices, including clinical trials, product approval, advertising and promotion, manufacturing, safety vigilance, and health technology appraisal related to pricing and reimbursement decision-making.
