About Chia-Hsin Wu

Chia-Hsin Wu is a senior associate at Formosa Transnational Attorneys at Law. Mr Wu’s practice is focused on intellectual property, privacy and data protection, antitrust law, innovative technology, ESG, CSR and sustainability. Mr Wu graduated with an LLM from the National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University in Taiwan. He has extensive experience, including in patent, copyright, trade mark and trade secret litigation. Mr Wu specialises in data protection and privacy and is a certified TPIPAS Internal Management Training Specialist for Personal Data. Mr Wu also specialises in international commercial arbitration and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb). He is the Secretary General of CIArb Taiwan’s Young Members Group and an active member of the Taipei Bar Association.
