About Chia-Hsin Wu

Chia-Hsin Wu is a senior attorney at Formosa Transnational Attorneys at Law. Mr Wu’s practice is focused on intellectual property, privacy and data protection, antitrust law, innovative technology, ESG and sustainability, and international arbitration. He has extensive experience, including in patent, copyright, trade mark and trade secret litigations and affairs. Mr Wu specialises in data protection and privacy and is a certified TPIPAS Internal Management Training Specialist for Personal Data. Mr Wu also specialises in international arbitration and is an active member of the ADR Committee of the Taiwan Bar Association and a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb). He is the Secretary General of CIArb Taiwan’s Young Members Group.
