About Hsiang-Yang Hsieh

Hsiang-Yang Hsieh is a partner at Formosa Transnational Attorneys at Law. His practice focuses on intellectual property, administrative law, cybersecurity and data privacy, competition, and media and entertainment law. Mr Hsieh is an experienced litigator and has advised and represented numerous multinational companies in the technology, e-commerce, and online platform industries. Mr Hsieh is actively involved in Taiwan’s profession and international business community. He currently serves as co-chair of the Intellectual Property & Licensing Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce in Taiwan (AmCham Taiwan) and as chair of the Patent Law Committee of the Taipei Bar Association. He is also an active member of the Taiwan Criminal Defence Attorneys’ Association.
