About I-Ming Chen

I-Ming Chen is a partner at Formosa Transnational Attorneys at Law who specialises in domestic and cross-border litigation, commercial disputes, and other dispute resolution procedures. He has represented clients in various high-profile cases across multiple legal sectors, especially in corporate law and criminal law. He also serves as a director under Taiwan’s Bar Association and vice chairman of the Congressional Liaison Committee under the Taiwan Bar Association, contributing to the protection of lawyers’ rights and the promotion of Taiwan’s legislative reform. He is an alumnus of National Taipei University (with both an LLB and an LLM).
