About I-Ming Chen

I-Ming Chen is a partner at Formosa Transnational, specialising in litigation and arbitration. In the civil field, he mainly handles commercial disputes, corporate management rights disputes, public construction disputes, labour disputes, etc. In the criminal field, he mainly handles corruption cases and securities trading law cases. He is also a member of the Labour Mediation Committee of the Taipei District Court and the Taoyuan District Court. He has also served as the director of the National Lawyers Federation in the second term.
