About I-Ming Chen

I-Ming Chen is a partner at Formosa Transnational, specialising in litigation and arbitration. In the civil sphere, he mainly handles commercial disputes, corporate control disputes, public construction disputes and labour disputes. In the criminal sphere, he mainly handles corruption cases and securities law matters. He is also a member of the Labour Mediation Committee of the Taipei District Court and the Taoyuan District Court. In addition, he has served as a director of the National Bar Association.
