About Ivy, Jui-Hua Fan

Ivy, Jui-Hua Fan is a senior partner at Formosa Transnational Attorneys at Law. Ms Fan’s practice is focused on corporate governance and compliance consultation, litigation and arbitration, trusts and financial legal affairs. Ms Fan has been practicing for over 25 years and has served as the president of the Taipei Bar Association and the executive director of the Taiwan Law Society. Ms Fan is also an associate professor of practice at the National Chengchi University’s College of Law. She served as the founding editor-in-chief of the legal professional journal, “Lawyers”, in Taiwan.
