About Jeffrey Chien-Yu Long

Jeffrey Chien-Yu Long is an associate at Formosa Transnational Attorneys at Law. Jeffrey works on cross-border litigation/arbitration and corporate commercial matters. With respect to cross-border litigation/arbitration, he has advised and represented clients in matters involving shipping, cargo trading and insurance. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb). With respect to corporate commercial matters, he focuses on M&A, antitrust and employment matters. Jeffrey has also assisted fintech companies and financial institutions in Taiwan in applying for sandbox/experimental trial status from the Taiwan Financial Supervisory Commission (FSC). In addition, Jeffrey serves as an advisory attorney of FinTechSpace instructed by the FSC.
