About Jui-Hua Fan

Jui-Hua Fan is a senior partner at Formosa Transnational Attorneys at Law. Ms Fan’s practice focuses on corporate governance and compliance consultation, litigation and arbitration, trust and financial legal affairs. Ms Fan has been practicing for over 25 years and served as the president of the Taipei Bar Association and the executive director of the Taiwan Law Society. Ms Fan is also an associate professor of practice at the National Chengchi University Law School. She served as the founding editor-in-chief of the legal professional journal “Lawyers” in Taiwan.
