About Monica Wang

Monica Wang is a partner at Formosa Transnational Attorneys at Law. Monica has over 15 years of experience with intellectual property litigation, corporate and commercial matters, and international trade and investment matters. She has advised clients in the energy, semiconductor and manufacturing sectors on international commercial arbitration conducted under ICC, AAA, HKIAC and CAA rules. She is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb) and Secretary-General of its East Asia Branch Taiwan Chapter. She currently also serves as the chairperson of Cross-Border Transaction and Dispute Resolution Committee of the Taipei Bar Association and is a member of the ADR Committee of the Taiwan Bar Association.
