About Yafen Lin

Yafen Lin is a senior partner at Formosa Transnational, specialising in civil litigation, arbitration, government procurement and engineering-related legal matters. She is currently a director of the Formosa Legal Foundation and has been a member of the Taipei Bar Association since 1990. She previously served as a member of the Law Committee of the Environmental Protection Administration of the Executive Yuan and is a member of the Aviation Safety Review Committee of the Civil Aviation Administration of the Ministry of Transportation and Communications.
