About Alison Proctor

Alison Proctor is one of the founding partners at Wordley Partnership, prior to which she was senior associate at a leading international law firm. Alison is described as a “rising star” in a leading legal directory and has a broad range of experience in commercial litigation, acting for multinationals and SMEs in contractual disputes and insolvency proceedings. She regularly advises in international arbitrations, both institutional and ad hoc. Alison also has significant expertise in insurance and reinsurance coverage and defence work, particularly in the resolution of large, complex, cross-border disputes in the energy and mining sectors. She regularly advises on policy wordings and product development, as well as regulatory issues.
