About Santiago Castellan

Santiago Castellan is the head of Castellan’s corporate department. His career of more than 20 years has focused on general corporate advice, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and bankruptcy law. He is actively involved in domestic and cross-border transactions related to M&A, project development, and country entry strategies. Relevant clients include Royal IHC, Kia Motors, GrandVision (Essilor Luxottica), Internet Media Services (Aleph Group), and Moss Earth. As of November 2014, and at the age of 34, Santiago assumed full responsibility as managing partner. He has been recognised by Chambers for the last two years as “up and coming” for corporate and M&A.
