About Flavia M Murad-Schaal

Flavia M Murad-Schaal is the founding partner of Mansur Murad, and a trailblazer in female leadership with a long-term vision. A renowned practitioner in intellectual property, she has also emerged as a specialist in frontier technologies and digital law. Flavia has a solid academic background and is a leading figure in artificial intelligence, NFTs, the metaverse and platform economies. She has an executive senior education at ISE/IESE, an MBA in the business of AI and a PhD in comparative intellectual property (IP) law from the University of Lorraine, France. She is chairperson of the innovation, technology and IP department of Faculdade BelaVista in São Paulo (part of the ISE Business School).
