About Marina Pereira Diniz

Marina Pereira Diniz joined Mansur Murad an associate lawyer in 2023 and has five years of professional experience advising companies on data protection matters. Her experience in the areas of technology regulation, digital law and intellectual property encompasses administrative issues related to privacy, data protection and content removal. Marina is pursuing an LLM in Intellectual Property and Information Technology Law at the University of Göttingen and is certified by EXIN as a data protection officer. She is also a member of the Digital Law, Internet and Technology Committee of the 12th Subsection of the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB/SP).
