Sofía Yagüe represents venture capital funds, start-ups and institutional investors in high-impact transactions across Latin America and Europe. She has advised on financings exceeding USD500 million, including early- and growth-stage investments, cross-border mergers, and corporate restructurings. Known for her cross-jurisdictional insight and pragmatic counsel, Sofía also serves as a mentor to emerging founders and venture capital professionals. She is dual-trained in civil and common law, holds degrees from CEU San Pablo University and NYU Law, and is admitted to practice in New York and Spain.
