About Pieter A. Weyts

Pieter A. Weyts advises investment funds, family offices and entrepreneurs on complex private equity transactions, fund formations and cross-border M&A. With over two decades of international experience, he has led more than USD1 billion in secondary transactions and has significant expertise in US real estate private equity. Pieter previously practised at Davis Polk in New York, advising global institutions on US securities offerings and regulatory compliance. He holds a JD and an MBA from Columbia University, and serves on the board of Latin Finance.
