Lance Kaplan
is Fragomen’s Co-Chair and a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. Working alongside Co-Chair Enrique Gonzalez and the rest of the firm’s leadership to set and execute Fragomen’s operational and expansion goals, Lance is also responsible for the development of new technologies to assist the firm’s clients, as well as strategies to hire and retain the brightest immigration talent around the globe. Prior to his appointment as Co-Chair, Lance served as the Managing Partner of Fragomen’s International Practice Group.
