About Antti Latola

Antti Latola is a senior adviser at Norra, specialising in insolvency law. He advises clients in commercial agreements and challenging business operations and corporate and financial transactions. Antti has a wide range of experience in different fields of business as a board member and board secretary. During his career as an attorney, he has worked in numerous bankruptcies and company restructuring proceedings as administrator. Antti also has experience in various voluntary company rehabilitation arrangements where he acted as an intermediary between the creditors and the debtor company. In addition, he assists companies in dispute resolution and international arbitration cases. Antti is a member of the Finnish Bar Association and INSOL International.
