About Viktor Előd Cserép

Viktor Előd Cserép is an associate at PROVARIS specialising in international and domestic arbitration and litigation. He has experience both as an assistant to arbitral tribunals and as counsel in international arbitrations in several industry sectors including construction, manufacturing, and sales of goods, as well as providing ongoing legal support to large-scale international projects, primarily for enterprises from German speaking countries. He is a member of several international arbitration organisations, the past first CEE Chair of Young ITA (Institute for Transnational Arbitration, 2021-2023), the drafter of the official English and German translations of the new (2018) Rules of Proceedings of the Arbitration Court Attached to the Hungarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and an external lecturer at ELTE Faculty of Law in Budapest.
