About Alia Monieb

Alia Monieb is a partner and head of the employment practice at ADSERO since 2019, providing comprehensive support on Egyptian employment and HR matters. With over a decade of experience, she guides local and multinational clients through the full employment life cycle, from onboarding, policy design, contract localisation and benefits to complex terminations, redundancies and amicable settlements. She regularly handles employee transfers, outsourcing arrangements, government inspections, employment investigations and labour compliance, and advises on the employment aspects of restructurings, M&A and post-acquisition integrations. Alia also delivers tailored training to HR departments, including organisations with over 1,000 employees. She is fluent in Arabic, English and French.
