About Dina Sharshar

Dina Sharshar is a dual-qualified lawyer in Egypt and France and an associate in ADSERO – Ragy Soliman & Partners’ corporate, commercial and regulatory department and project groups. She trained at leading international firms in Paris and Cairo, where she advised on mining projects in Africa, tax and regulatory matters, supported due diligence on renewable energy projects in France and sub-Saharan Africa, and contributed to the Africa Mining Map and Clean Energy tool. Dina worked on energy, mineral resources and infrastructure projects.
