Taya Pirinis is a managing associate at ADSERO – Ragy Soliman & Partners in the energy, environment and natural resources practice group. Taya has over four years of professional experience in general corporate, and is well versed in commercial matters, environmental and compliance matters and energy and renewable energy projects. Taya has worked at several Egyptian law firms, gaining solid experience in litigation, international commercial law arbitration, civil and commercial law disputes, labour law, and general corporate and commercial matters.
