About Gediminas Dominas

Gediminas Dominas is a recognised leading arbitrator and arbitration counsel in Lithuania. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, a member of the ICC International Court of Arbitration, a member of the panel of arbitrators of the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre, Vilnius and Tallinn arbitration institutions, and frequently acts as an arbitrator. His experience includes domestic, international and investment arbitrations (under the VCCA, ICC, SCC, UNCITRAL rules, as well as ICSID cases). In addition, Gediminas has a 20-year transactional background, and has been involved in many high-profile M&A transactions (involving banks, refineries, shipping companies, etc).
