Francisco Brotfeld leads the energy, projects and M&A practices at Pruzzo Ruscica Brotfeld. In recent years, Francisco has focused his professional practice on the power transmission market, becoming involved in numerous transactions and in all types of regulations within the area, such as open access, biddings and tariff processes, filings before the Experts Panel and bills of law.
