About Ernesto Silva

Ernesto Silva is a graduate from Universidad Panamericana, and has worked in Chevez Ruiz Zamarripa since 2015, where he currently practises law as an associate. Ernesto has advised clients on complex fintech law matters, including the obtainment of authorisations from the relevant governmental authorities for fintech entities in Mexico, and on the implementation of technological solutions in diverse business sectors, including electronic signature software. Ernesto provides high-level tax advice to important local and global corporations, and has participated in complex negotiations with the tax authorities before the Mexican Tax Ombudsman (PRODECON). He also litigates complex cases within his area of expertise before federal and tax courts. Ernesto has also published several articles on tax and technology law in national and international specialised magazines.
