About Deeviya Rughooputh

Deeviya Rughooputh is an associate in Bowmans’ Mauritius office. She advises on cross-border financing, general finance and banking matters. Prior to joining Bowmans Mauritius, she worked at reputed law firm in Mauritius, focusing mainly on cross-border corporate, mergers and acquisitions, insolvency and restructuring and commercial transactions. Deeviya has an LLB (Hons) degree from the University of Mauritius, a Post Graduate Diploma in Law from BPP University and has completed her Master of Laws in Bar Professional Training from Cardiff University.
