About Kelly Li

Kelly Li is a senior associate in the Bowmans Mauritius office. She specialises in corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, investment funds and private equity. Prior to joining Bowmans, she was in the transactional team of a recognised law firm in Mauritius where she accumulated substantial expertise in advising clients on diverse corporate, commercial and cross-border transactions. She has an LLB (Hons) and a business finance degree from the University of Buckingham and completed the Bar Professional Training Course at City University in London.
