About Sadia Soodeen

Sadia Soodeen is an associate at Bowmans Mauritius where she advises clients on investment funds, and regulatory, corporate and commercial law matters. Her previous experience includes working for PwC Legal, a Mauritius law firm within the PwC network of firms, where she was a member of the corporate M&A team, specialising in M&A, insolvency and restructuring, cross-border corporate and commercial transactions, and financial services. Her academic background includes a law degree at the University of Hertfordshire, a master’s in international corporate finance from the University of Reading, and Bar Professional Training at Manchester Metropolitan University.
