About Otilia Vîlcu

Otilia Vîlcu leads GNP’s competition and state aid practice, being listed in Band 3 in Antitrust by Chambers and Partners. She has represented clients in RCC investigations, including commitment procedures and a gun-jumping case. She serves as primary competition counsel to renowned clients and manages UTP Directive compliance for them. She also leads the energy department, leading the defence against market manipulation allegations and contributing to economic reports and market assessments. Since April 2024, she has served as Deputy Chair of the AmCham Competition and State Aid Committee.
