About Manuela Guia

Manuela Guia is GNP’s managing partner and head of the competition/antitrust department. She has over two decades of experience in Romanian competition law and is recognised by Chambers and Partners as an eminent practitioner in antitrust. She represents clients in proceedings before the Romanian Competition Council and served as lead coordinator on the EUR1.3 billion Ahold Delhaize/MidEuropa acquisition of the Profi supermarket chain and currently oversees the related divestment and commitments process. Her client base spans the pharmaceutical, FMCG and oil and gas sectors. Regulatory markets constitute a second area of her practice.
