About Joshua Stanton

Joshua Stanton is a partner at Perry Law, where he represents high-profile clients and leads the firm’s pro bono practice. Josh brings more than a decade of legal experience in civil and criminal cases across state and federal courts. He previously co-directed Vanderbilt Law School’s Criminal Practice Clinic and spent several years serving as an assistant public defender. Josh also co-authored widely reported model prosecution memoranda regarding Donald Trump’s actions in relation to January 6th and Mar-a-Lago and he frequently appears on national news outlets, discussing important legal and democratic issues.
