worked as a Judge for seven years before being appointed Rapporteur to the French Competition Council (1986-90), then Referendary to the Court of First Instance of the European Communities (1991-95) and Legal Director of Region Ile-de-France (1995-96). He has been a lawyer since 1997 and is involved in all matters concerning relations between the administration and health industries and professionals. Bernard Geneste holds a specialisation degree in international and European Union law.
